Lauronda & Reilly

"Live the life of Reilly."

Lauronda Morrow Teeple & Jon Teeple were the proud and joyful owners of 10 yr. old, Reilly, a German Shorthaired Pointer (1999-2009.)

Lauronda, a native to WNC, began her parenting experience when Reilly was only 8 weeks old. Reilly was Lauronda' s companion for almost 6 years before gaining his 'daddy' in 2004, when she found Jon Teeple, a upstate PA native.

Reilly was the light of their life, and was the most lovable, intelligent, and gentle dog most of their friends and family had ever seen. Diagnosed with prostate cancer in January of 2009, the Teeple household was fortunate enough to have the incredible team of CSAH doctors working "oustide the box" on any and every treatment to give them as much time with Reilly as possible.

With no true treatment or cure available for advanced prostate cancer, Reilly received special diet plans, acupuncture and chinese herb suppliments, that no doubt helped his quality of life for almost 3 weeks before having to do the inevitable.

The Teeple family was so inspired my CSAH's kindness and support throughout their experience, that Lauronda, a graphic/web designer, decided to contribute to their need for an updated website. We hope that all enjoy it, and those who visit it again and again find the knowledge and support they need from CSAH in the care of their beloved pets.
