• I’ve been a client for 5 yrs & I’m not surprised they have been voted best vet in WNC for past 7-8 yrs. I lost my 16-yr-old Tonkinese cat after surgery uncovered a large intestinal mass. Prior to this devastating discovery, he had been hospitalized for a couple days, so I visited frequently and always found the staff to be very professional & accommodating. The doctors thoroughly explained our options, giving us written materials and illustrations of possible scenarios. My cat needed a blood transfusion and the doctor actually volunteered her own cat as a donor. I could not believe how much everyone went above and beyond for my special guy. We also received a very thoughtful sympathy card with hand-written sentiments from the staff. I will always appreciate knowing my cat received such excellent care when he needed it most. We have returned many times since then with our other pets. All of our friends go there too and we all think Charlotte Street is the BEST VET in Asheville!

• This hospital is the best in town. If you have to leave your animals for a stay, you know they are in the best hands possible. The staff is amazing! The building isn't the nicest, but they are soon going to have a new building, which I am sure will be top-notch. Soon they will also be able to offer over-night care and now are seeing pocket pets, which is perfect for me. This is the only place in Asheville I would ever consider recommending, because I love the way they roll.

• This clinic now has its new hospital which is very nice! The staff continues to be friendly and accommodating, while at the same time providing the best and most through care.
